Portable Studio and Professional Lighting

I have a portable studio that is 9 feet wide, and which requires a space with a ceiling approx. 10-foot high. If you prefer not to use a studio background, we can perhaps find a suitable location in your workplace to take the headshots. So, whether you’d like the professional, stark white background, something a bit more atmospheric, or would prefer to use your office environment as an interesting backdrop, just let me know what you’re after.

  • Prices vary depending on the distance, quantity of photos required and length of time on the job. I price each job individually according to your brief and time required. I’m always happy to have a chat about your needs and provide a bespoke quote for you.

  • I am always happy to travel to your workplace. In fact, if you have multiple members of staff requiring professional headshots, it's likely easier for me to come to you, as this will save time in your work day and eliminate the need for you to travel during work hours. I have a portable studio that is 9-foot wide, which requires a space with a ceiling approximately 10-foot high. If you prefer not to use a studio background, we may be able to find a suitable location in your workplace to take the headshots. Of course, if you prefer to come to me, that's possible too - see below question.

  • I have a studio located in my home in Axminster, on the border of Devon and Dorset. I can accommodate up to 10 people at my studio. The local train station is only a 10-minute walk from my home and this is located on the main line from London Waterloo to Exeter. Tea, coffee and biscuits always provided of course!

  • In order to get natural photos that you're happy with, it's important that you wear something you're comfortable in for your corporate headshot photoshoot. However, it's usually best not to wear overly patterned or stripey garments, as this can cause warping in the image and distract from the focal point - you!

  • Some clients prefer a more relaxed outdoors setting for their headshots. Depending on the size of your team, I am happy to accommodate this. There are plenty of lovely places in Dorset to photograph, such as one of Dorset’s many beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast, the Cobb in Lyme Regis also makes a great backdrop, or simply a local beauty spot near your place of work. I’m happy to have a chat about the sort of headshot photos you want and work with you to find a great location in Dorset.
